Return Policy

We take pride in manufacturing high-quality, USA-made products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS


If your order arrives and is damaged, please contact us directly by emailing sales@dignityapparel.com. You will be required to fill out an online form with details about your order. If the damage is due to the manufacturing process and Dignity Apparel, we will work with you to replace the damaged items at no extra cost including shipping. If damage is due to the shipping carrier, you will need to contact the carrier with your order information and tracking number. We offer shipping insurance as an option for an additional cost at checkout. Insurance can only be applied to orders over $500 USD.

DISCRETIONARY RETURNS (I changed my mind or want something different, etc.)


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@dignityapparel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be required to fill out a form with details about your return. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in with the return, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Samples

     ●     Items past the return window (outside 20 days past the purchase date)

     ●     Decorated items

     ●     Washed items

     ●     Re-labled items

     ●     Unauthorized returns (you cannot return items without contacting us first)

Please Note

   ●    A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

   ●    Sale or discounted items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
